This is an open minded and holistic approach to healing and wellness. We believe that we have amazing potential as human beings to open our mind and hearts and reach amazing worldly, and spiritual, heights and realizations. We are dedicated to bringing these amazing and sacred, meditation and yoga practices, to all who wish to learn, regardless of age, financial status, religion, culture, or physical ability.
We chose to use an elephant in our logo because they are a long time symbol of strength and our potential of body mind and spirit. A wild elephant can cause much pain and destruction just like an untrained mind. However a trained elephant can yield myriad benefits to us just like a well-trained mind. It is up to you alone to do this and to gain the benefits of your efforts.
We are confident in our ability to help you fulfill your yoga, meditation and wellness goals, and will go out of our way to accommodate your unique needs.
Here are some of the traditional yogic values we live by below, but the philosophy of Traditional Chinese medicine is the basis of our Acupuncture and other healing modalities and is based upon universal principles of balance and harmony.
The practice of Yoga does not only deal with developing the body but also covers all the aspect of a person's life as stated in the Eight Limbs of Yoga. It is concerned about the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of an individual as well as his environment and relationship with other creatures. Real practice of these eight principles leads to deeper self-knowledge, love and respect towards other people and creatures, cleaner environment, , and union with the Divine.

May palms be joined in every world in kindness, compassion, joy and giving
May all beings find security in friendship, peace and loving care
May mindful practice seed patience and equanimity deep,
And may we give rise to spacious hearts and humble thoughts of gratitude.
